Response to COVID-19

To our valued Garan Lucow Miller clients and friends,

In compliance with Executive Order 2020-21 (COVID-19) issued by Michigan Governor, Gretchen Whitmer, on March 23, 2020, Garan Lucow Miller has implemented its plans to protect its employees from exposure and to suppress the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.  Each of our offices in Michigan and Indiana remains open for business with critical designated personnel in place, in each office, to ensure ongoing operations and maintain full service to our clients and communities.  All other personnel – attorneys and support staff – are working from their homes with secure access to you and your files, the courts, opposing counsel, and each other.

Garan Lucow Miller will continue to monitor directives from federal and state officials – including the courts – and adjust its plan as needed to continue to provide full service to its clients.
