Job Description
Garan Lucow Miller P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of personal injury defense litigation experience for the Firm’s Port Huron Office. Qualified candidates will have experience in the following:
- Independently handle 1st and 3rd party auto litigation is required;
- Development of case strategy and advise Firm clients accordingly;
- Preparation of Motions, Briefs, Case Evaluation Summaries, and Facilitation Summaries;
- Ability to conduct discovery, including written discovery and taking and defending depositions;
- Working in both State and Federal Courts;
- Prior experience with tracking billable hours is preferred but not required;
- Prior Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Skills/Qualifications:
Must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
